Barcelona Cuida

Barcelona Cuida seeks to raise awareness of the care resources available in the city and make them accessible to all. The concept of care encompasses all the activities, both public and private, people carry out to help meet others’ physical, psychological and emotional needs. The centre aims to work in a network with services and resources available in the city’s various neighbourhoods and districts to make the resources and information more accessible to everyone receiving care. 

We designed a custom typeface for the identity of Barcelona Cuida, and it is used as an illustration to compose messages and words—always with large letters so that the details of the hands can be easily understood and so that the messages are legible. The strokes of the letters are written by hands drawing close to one another.
